I had an amazing experience at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. One day, I forgot my passports in the room, but the staff, particularly Rose, took care of everything. She promptly sent the passports to my new hotel and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their attentiveness and care. The location was also great, close to everything but still quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and excellent service.

Great location, close to main tourist areas. Room was clean and had a big locker. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The dorm is on the 4th floor with no lift, so be prepared for stairs. The wifi was sometimes weak.

The food was incredible. The room was neat and modern, had a safe box, a work desk and a TV set. The location was excellent, close to Backpackers area. Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and travel agencies. Easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
No elevator, so be prepared for stairs if you are staying on the upper floors. Some cleanliness issues in the room, such as hairs on the bedsheets and ants in the bathroom.
